SCWA Terms of Use

SCWA (Stalzone Clan Wars Analytics), also called SCA, is a free, fan-made analytics service for STALZONE clans. This is the English version of the Russian Terms of Use. If the two differ, the Russian version prevails, except where the law of your country gives you stronger rights.

1. About the service

1.1. SCWA consists of the website scwa.ru and the SCWA Discord bot (the “Service”), run by its administration (“we”, the “Administration”).

1.2. The Service is not an official product of EXBO, STALZONE or Discord. All rights to the game STALZONE (formerly STALCRAFT) and related trademarks belong to their owners.

1.3. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1.4. The Service is in beta. We may change features and limits at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 14 years old. If local law sets a higher age of digital consent (up to 16 in some EU countries), you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

3.1. You can sign in with a username and password, Discord, or EXBO, and link several methods to one account. Clan statistics require a linked EXBO account.

3.2. Use only your own accounts and keep your password safe. You can review and end active sessions in your account.

3.3. We may refuse or suspend access for users who break these Terms, and we will tell you why. A ban lasts up to 3 years.

4. Free service and donations

4.1. The Service is free. All features are available to everyone with no subscriptions or paid tiers.

4.2. You may support the project with a voluntary donation. A donation gives no extra features, priority or other benefits. Donations are governed by the donation offer (in Russian) and are made in Russian roubles through third-party payment providers.

4.3. Never pay with in-game currency or items. Accepting in-game valuables would break the STALZONE user agreement; we accept real-money donations only through official payment gateways.

5. Your data

We collect only what the Service needs, never sell it and show no ads. Details — including your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws — are in the Privacy Policy. You may ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

6. What you may and may not do

6.1. You may upload screenshots of clan war results, view and edit your clan’s statistics, export them, and share your profile.

6.2. You must not:

upload unlawful content;
attempt to hack the Service, bypass its limits or access other clans’ data without permission;
use the Service to harm, harass or deceive others;
exceed rate limits or automate requests beyond normal use.

7. Clan leaders, colonels and officers

Leaders, colonels and officers (per the STALZONE API) get extra rights: reviewing and editing all clan screenshots, rejecting unconfirmed ones, removing duplicates, clearing statistics and exporting data. Managing squads and clan loadouts is limited to leaders and colonels. They must use these rights in the interest of the clan.

8. Disputes within clans

Statistics can be interpreted differently. We do not take part in clan disputes and are not responsible for decisions a clan makes based on our data. Look at the context: a player’s role and task matter as much as the numbers.

9. Liability

9.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability of the STALZONE or Discord APIs, 100% accurate screenshot recognition, or compatibility with future game updates.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions of third parties (EXBO, Discord, payment providers, other users), for indirect losses, or for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Administration

We may block users for violations, restrict features when abuse is detected, and pause the Service for maintenance. Administrator actions are logged.

11. Changes and notifications

We announce changes to these documents through service notifications (/news in the bot) and our Discord server. The current version is always at docs.scwa.ru/en/terms.

12. Final provisions

12.1. These Terms apply from the moment you start using the Service and remain in effect while you use it. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

12.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first. If that fails, the law of the Russian Federation applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
